- 3-4 cups cooked turkey cut into cubes
- 1 1/2 cups turkey gravy or 1 package of turkey gravy mix prepared per directions
- 1 cup cooked carrots sliced
- 3-4 cups turkey stuffing or prepared box of store-bought turkey stuffing
- 2-3 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper season to taste
In a large bowl mix together turkey, carrots, and gravy.
Season with salt and pepper if needed.
Pour into a deep dish pie plate.
Spread the stuffing evenly over the turkey mixture.
Top with mashed potatoes. Add the mashed potatoes in dollops and then spread, this prevents it from mixing into the stuffing layer.
Melt the butter and brush on top of the mashed potatoes.
Bake 350º F for 30-40 minutes.

- top with shredded cheese. (add after pie has bake for 30 minutes)
