Ingredients

Snow Peas

oz
Crab meat
1
hard boiled egg
chopped
2
tablespoons
mayonnaise
2
tablespoons
celery
finely chopped
2
tablespoons
green onion
finely chopped
½
teaspoon
Dijon mustard
Instructions
Blanch pea pods by pouring boiling water over them, let stand about 20 seconds.
Drain and immediately rinse with ice cold water.
Slit peas open on top side, keep chilled while you prepare filling.
Combine together crab, egg, mayonnaise, celery, green onion and mustard.
Stuff each pea pod with filling.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
