This simple salad recipe made with julienned broccoli, carrots and red cabbage and super healthy sunflower, chia and hemp seed, tossed in a creamy Avocado dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli julienned or chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots julienned or chopped
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage shredded
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup avocado dressing

Instructions

  • Julienne the broccoli, carrots, shred the cabbage and toss together in a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle in the hemp, chia and sunflower seeds.
  • Toss with avocado dressing, or your favorite coleslaw dressing.
