This simple salad recipe made with julienned broccoli, carrots and red cabbage and super healthy sunflower, chia and hemp seed, tossed in a creamy Avocado dressing.

1 cup broccoli julienned or chopped 1/2 cup carrots julienned or chopped 1/2 cup red cabbage shredded 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds 1/2 cup avocado dressing
Julienne the broccoli, carrots, shred the cabbage and toss together in a large bowl.
Sprinkle in the hemp, chia and sunflower seeds.
Toss with avocado dressing, or your favorite coleslaw dressing.
