Bresaola Mozzarella Sandwich is made with fresh Bresaola, buffalo mozzarella and ciabatta bread.

- 1/2 loaf ciabatta bread
- 6 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 8 ounces buffalo mozzarella thinly sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach leafs
- 1/2 pound bresaola
Slice the ciabatta bread in half and spread an even layer of the mustard on each piece.
Layer with cheese, spinach and bresaola, top with second slice of bread.
Cut into 4 portions and enjoy!
