Valentine’s Day Cookies
Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookies make the perfect sweet treat to celebrate the holiday. These delicious heart-shaped cookies are beautifully decorated with royal icing.

I love making decorative sugar cookies for special occasions like Valentine’s Day, St. Patricks Day and Easter. They make tasty, edible gifts for your loved ones to enjoy. These sugar cookies are beautifully decorated using a brush embroidery technique.
Making the beautiful design on these cookies is not difficult. I learned how to make these gorgeous cookies from a video by a very talented cookie decorator Sweetambs Cookie Art. She makes the most gorgeous cookies and easy to follow tutorials.

Baked from scratch, these cookies taste amazing! A sugar cookie recipe with a subtle hint of cardamom spice and fresh orange zest flavor. Check out my step by step tutorial on How to Decorate Cookies with Royal Icing – here.
The finishing touch was packing these cookies in cellophane bags, tied with a pretty ribbon for Valentine’s Day gifts.
