Your support of my blog is greatly appreciated!
dough didnt rise in the machine so still shaped them and letting proof more on baking sheet instead of wasting it. fingers crossed didnt waste this ??
maybe because water wasnt warm
I wonder if your yeast wasn’t good, that can sometimes cause dough not to rise.
Seriously the best. I’ve made this dough and added poppy seeds, dried onions, I’ve done them plain, and jalapeño cheddar and this recipe is by far the best one I’ve used!! It’s very universal. Thanks so much for sharing! ❤️❤️
I bet the jalapeño cheddar tasted fantastic Kelsi.
I measured the ingredients and added exactly as specified in the recipe, but when the dough cycle finished the dough was hard and crusty on the outside. Do I need to add a bit more liquid?
That is weird if you had your machine on dough cycle. Did you remove the dough as soon as dough cycle was complete?
I followed this recipe to a T and they didn’t rise and bc they didn’t rise, they came out flat and crispy. What did I do wrong?
Hey Robyn, I’m guessing the yeast was maybe old. That is usually the cause of bread not rising.
Super easy. I made 10 – 3 plain, 4 with everything bagel, and 3 plain. Everyone was happy with those selections.
Wonderful Tammy, thanks for leaving a comment.
