  1. thanks Brooke, fresh cranberries will work as well, I use the cranberries as a garnish, although after the water sits a while the frozen cranberries do release flavour. Sipping pretty drinks always seem to taste better!

    1. I usually don’t because it gets a bit soggy as it is in the water. I like to make my water the night before so it has lots of time to release the flavour and nutrients from the veggies and fruit.

    1. I usually make a large pitcher the night before, and then sip it all the next day, refilling with water throughout the day. If the fruit is not soggy you should be able to use the same fruit for 2 days.

    2. is this a drink you can have all the time? Or should you drink it for a week and then stop? Or was is the suggested schedule to drink this?

    1. I wouldn’t use dry cranberries as they usually have sugar in them and will get mushy. Try sour cherries (nanton cherries) which are usually in season now. Be sure to crush some to release the juices.

    1. Hi Katie, for sure you can use bottled water. I have had people provide great feedback that the water is helping with their weight loss efforts. The water alone will not make you lose weight, you still need to modify your nutrition and exercise.

  4. so you could actually replace the cranberries with any other fruit you’d like?? I bet orange slices would be really good!

    1. You can sip on this water any time, it’s tasty an refreshing. If I am trying to loose a few pounds I usually aim for 8-10 glasses a day for 7 days and follow a diet that eliminates all sugar, all dairy, bread, pasta and all wheat and corn products.
