Leftover Turkey Dinner Pie

Ingredients
- Leftover turkey cut into cubes
- Turkey gravy – if you don’t have enough leftover gravy, simply prepare a package of store-bought turkey gravy mix.
- Carrots
- Leftover turkey stuffing – or you can use a box of prepared store-bought stuffing.
- Left over mashed potatoes
- Butter
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Optional Ingredients
- This recipe is so flexible, add what ever leftover vegetables you have like onions, peas, green beans, or corn. Cranberries or cranberry sauce can be added to the turkey mixture.
- Try your Leftover Turkey Dinner Pie topped with grated cheese. (add after the pie has baked for 30 minutes).

Directions

Combine turkey meat, carrots and gravy. Place in deep dish pie plate.

Top with turkey stuffing.

Leftover Turkey Dinner Pie
Ingredients
- 3-4 cups cooked turkey cut into cubes
- 1 1/2 cups turkey gravy or 1 package of turkey gravy mix prepared per directions
- 1 cup cooked carrots sliced
- 3-4 cups turkey stuffing or prepared box of store-bought turkey stuffing
- 2-3 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper season to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix together turkey, carrots, and gravy.
- Season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Pour into a deep dish pie plate.
- Spread the stuffing evenly over the turkey mixture.
- Top with mashed potatoes. Add the mashed potatoes in dollops and then spread, this prevents it from mixing into the stuffing layer.
- Melt the butter and brush on top of the mashed potatoes.
- Bake 350º F for 30-40 minutes.
