This turkey pot pie recipe combines savory gravy with leftover turkey and vegetables, then topped with turkey stuffing and creamy mashed potatoes. Simply bake for 30-40 minutes, or freeze it for later. The best part? There is no need for a pie crust!

Ingredients

  • Leftover turkey cut into cubes
  • Turkey gravy – if you don’t have enough leftover gravy, simply prepare a package of store-bought turkey gravy mix.
  • Carrots
  • Leftover turkey stuffing – or you can use a box of prepared store-bought stuffing.
  • Left over mashed potatoes
  • Butter
  • Season with salt and pepper as needed.

Optional Ingredients

  • This recipe is so flexible, add what ever leftover vegetables you have like onions, peas, green beans, or corn.  Cranberries or cranberry sauce can be added to the turkey mixture.
